This Level 7 NVQ is highly respected by the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB). Once you have achieved the diploma, you can apply for the MCIOB Professional Review, significantly shortening your path to becoming a Chartered Builder.

Because this is a competency-based NVQ, the speed is determined by you. If you already have a well-organized archive of strategic reports, project plans, and meeting minutes, you can theoretically complete the qualification in as little as 3 to 4 months.

No. Once you are awarded the ProQual Level 7 NVQ Diploma, it is a permanent qualification. However, to keep your CSCS Black Card valid, you will still need to renew the card itself every five years and maintain an up-to-date Health, Safety, and Environment test.
