The MBA Top-Up programme is designed for professionals who already hold a relevant postgraduate diploma or equivalent qualification and wish to progress to a full Master of Business Administration degree. It provides a fast-track route to completing your MBA, enabling you to build on prior learning and professional experience through a focused and rigorous academic journey.

This programme develops advanced business, management, and leadership skills, with a strong emphasis on strategic decision-making, leadership dynamics, and operational management. Learners are encouraged to integrate theory with practice, reflecting on their past and current professional experiences while applying new knowledge to real-world business challenges.

Students will complete two core modules: a Research Proposal, where they develop advanced research skills and prepare for independent study, and a Final Dissertation, which involves an in-depth investigation into a specialist area of business, applying theory to practice. Depending on their chosen focus, learners may specialise in areas such as General Management, Project Management, Human Resource Management, Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Tourism and Hospitality Management, Education Management and Leadership, Occupational Health and Safety Management, Business and Organisational Psychology, or Health and Social Care Management.
